Trulieve doesn't honor Express pick-up time. The wait can be up to three hours. I've checked-in in advance several times, told my order would be ready in 18 minutes, arrived in 15 minutes & told I missed my pick-up time, then put at the back of the line. Only go there if you have all day.

This review only pertains to one location in Pensacola on Davis Highway. I placed an order in the morning and received an email in the afternoon that my order was ready. I made the 40 minute drive over to Pensacola and get there and I'm told to get added to the waitlist...my wait was going to be 78 minutes! What? I waited 50 minutes with 6 people ahead of me when I checked in. I finally went inside to ask what the point was to place an online order only to sit for almost an hour. The front desk staff was RUDE and basically said "yep, you've waited 50 minutes and you're going to waiting another 50." So the manager came out and I very nicely asked him about the process (this was my first time picking up at any Trulieve). Manager comes out with a smirk on his face and basically tells me there is one person working in the dispensary. Two people working the front desk, manager doing God knows what, and 1 person handing out the orders. Time for new management. I canceled my order and went to a different location which got me in and out in 10 minutes without me having to place the order ahead of time.

I had issues with an order placed during a 4/20 promotion. It took numerous calls and a couple of weeks to get it sorted out. Shout out to Lynda S, a true rock star, who cares about her patients. She contacted me directly via phone and text to help fulfill my missing order. She coordinate and pull all items ordered to make sure I got what I needed with proper prices and promos. It was one of the most seamless pick ups of meds I’ve ever had. She is an excellent communicator and detail oriented.
Lynda S went above and beyond (along with the team at orlando north ) to make things right. Lynda S turned a frustrating situation into a great and positive experience. Thank you so much Lynda S . You ROCK ! Lynda S deserves a BIG RAISE!

When I take the time after being up at 4:00 a.m. working for 9 hours standing on my legs cutting hair on a Sunday and go in to spend the hard-earned money that I just made and they don't honor their military discount or their senior citizen discount they used to always honor it on Sundays but now not anymore it's not even worth going up there and then they try to always force you to buy something that you don't want by by putting it in oh well here we just replaced it with this no that is not what I ordered that is not what I wanted and that's not what I asked for just for their juveniles employees to get extremely offended raise their voices and start yelling at you as if you're the worker and they are being inconvenienced by you being there.
And showing you have something online allowing it to be ordered and then not having it there it's kind of like bait and switch. I would be happy to buy more but I want my military discount and I want my senior citizen discount if I take the time to go in on Sunday after working 9 hours without sitting down at all but I guess you don't want my money.

The Crystal River dispensary never fails to be unorganized and chaotic. No matter what time or date you go, they always take forever to dispense your order. express or walk-in. It’s a total waste of time to place your order online because they’re going to serve walk-ins before those of us who placed an order earlier.

Velvet was fantastic. Very friendly, courteous and attractive. Great experience. Oh, and the edibles are great too.

Are use Vero Beach this morning location. Lady name Amber is a blessing to this establishment. Thank you so much.

This is the second time I ordered delivery from true leave. I will never ever do it again. The first time they were late a few days late getting there. I want to pay them with my debit card and they said I had to pay by cash so I said the h*** with you truly and the guy left. I just ordered 3 days ago it. Was? Supposed. To be? Delivered today Saturday between 7 AM and 8 PM. I have not heard a word or gotten update or anything but I'm never gonna order from them. Shame on you truly whoever is in charge of your delivering needs to see replace by somebody more competent. I would also like to add that they're chat services and customer service. It's so backed up you have to wait forever to talk to someone very frustrating.

I go to different dispensaries, depending on what the sale is. I went in today to the new location on Port St. Lucie Boulevard which I have never been to before(next to my work), and it was crazy! I get it, it was 4/20, but the Gatlin store is SOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ONE! The staff was not nice(annoyed with people coming in and not having a place to put them, along with all the individuals standing and sitting in there was also not happy! This is the first time I have visited this establishment and I was immediately turned off!!!! I normally go to the one on Gatlin where everyone is so super happy and over accommodating and literally doing everything they can to make your shopping experience a happy one. I will not be visiting that one again!!!! It was AWFUL!!!!!! I went on to the website to talk to a representative and I was number 142 to be answered. Not interested in waiting. I’m not gonna wait in the store for 2 plus hours and definitely not on the phone to wait for a representative to go thru 142 calls befor they get to me🙄

ZERO STARS / ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DISPENSARY BRANCH OF ANY COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE TREASURE COAST. MARTIN, ST LUCIE , OR INDIAN RIVER COUNTIES. ridiculous long wait time - 40 minutes to 3 hours. totally incompetent staffing. not honoring sale prices. just 100 % completely horrible service. avoid like the plague. Trulieve Seems like many of my purchases have been style products. hardly a smell coming from the jars. Also, everything seems to me like hybrid rather than Sativa or Indica. Does anybody else experience this issue or am i nuts?

Very good communication and customer service. Place is always clean whenever I come. Prices are reasonable.

@trulieve #trulieve The trulieve in Saint Augustine Is the worst their website is never accurate they rarely call back when they are out of what you ordered on thier incorrect site( When they do Call you they should keep in mind how much you were spending on the other before offering you something 3 times as much and not telling you it is when you told them it was on special) it rarely updates when your stuff is ready then when you go in and tell them that they switched It out for something way more expensive than you had picked ( or suggest they should let you know that it's 3 x more expensive then you ordered online so you don't have to wait for nothing DUSTIN.) they then ask you to leave when you suggest they should do so! Then proceed to tell you that they are shutting you down! Keep in mind I have right to free speech on my thoughts! The state should take away trulieves license. I think the people at Saint Augustine are keeping the best stuff for themselves and friends.

Kim Richards !! Do not order delivery from Trulieve if you can't stay home for at least ten days. Took me three orders and nine days to get a delivery.

JOKE to Trulieve. If it's medicine why such poor regard for their patients health. Pain and PTSD does not wait.

The WORST dispensary ever!!!!! I’ve never had problems ordering delivery from a dispensary like I’ve had with Trulieve and I will NEVER order from them again!!!!! I placed my order days ago, it should have been here 2 days ago but it still isn’t and I don’t know when it will be here, they have no ETA and they’re totally okay with just keeping people waiting. This is the most ridiculous service ever. I’ve needed my medicine for days and have been unable to sleep without them. I can only imagine how people who have seizures without their medicines are feeling. I absolutely hate Trulieve and I hope they go out of business.
